Job Description:
- Oversee installation and repair projects.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities.
- Generate reports on team performance.
- Manage maintenance-related invoices and bills.
- Categorize maintenance jobs for effective resolution.
- Carry out preventive and reactive maintenance work.
- Fill in job sheets and maintain records.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to standards.
- Guide subordinates and monitor progress.
- Manage budgets and identify new business opportunities.
- Set deadlines, provide reports, and oversee planning processes.
Position Requirements:
- Secondary School Certificate considered an asset
- Preferred experience in the field.
- Strong technical understanding of products/services.
- Customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Awareness of health and safety regulations.
- A driving license is considered an asset.
- European passport or working permission.
