CE Installations is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and skilled Finance Officer to strengthen our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about managing finances, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the efficiency of our operations.

As our Finance Officer, you will:

• Be responsible for generating and managing invoices, conducting end-of-day processes, and supporting month-end closings.
• Accurately post journals and supplier invoices, maintain supplier statement reconciliations, and liaise with creditors.
• Assist with stock takes and ensure the reconciliation of suppliers, debtors, and bank accounts.

We’re looking for someone with:

• An O’ level qualification in Accounting or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• The ability to work independently, with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
