SITE COORDINATOR
CE Installations Ltd. specializes in Mechanical and Electrical services, offering installation and maintenance solutions to a diverse client base.
We are expanding rapidly and seeking a Site Coordinator to manage and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and finishing works on-site. Reporting to the Project Manager, the role involves ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards, while liaising with contractors, subcontractors, and clients. Key responsibilities include scheduling, procurement, quality control, and health and safety.
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in Project Management or Coordination.
✅ Secondary School Leaving Certificate (an asset).
✅ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team player with leadership skills.
✅ Self-motivated, proactive, and skilled in problem-solving.
✅ Knowledge of the Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC industry.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
✅ Strong communication skills in English (Maltese preferred).
✅ Ability to manage deadlines, work under pressure, and deliver results.
✅ EU passport or valid work permit for Malta.
