PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our team have the technical knowledge and experience to meet complex property development, refurbishment, and construction challenges and to provide the necessary solutions needed to meet customer requirements.
Our effective Project Managers work alongside our clients, ensuring the project meets the agreed plans and objectives, budget, safety regulations and timescale whilst minimising risk. We always aim to build strong working relationships with our clients and the other professionals involved so that the project can be managed and coordinated to control costs and deliver the clients’ vision. We will cover all aspects of planning, development, and management of your project, providing you with a single point of contact, from inception to completion.
Overseeing and coordinating the project, the Project Manager will work closely with everyone involved. They will ensure all health and safety issues are adhered to and deal with any changes or problems that arise throughout the development.
An overarching construction Project Manager will ensure the safe and successful completion of your project, providing oversight of:
- Scheduling – by creating a comprehensive schedule of critical path items including procurement, submittal, delivery, major sub tasks, start-up.
- Budgeting – Budgets are created from the Estimate using stick and brick technique by our appropriate quotes department to ensure that the Customer is delivered a final product per the plans and specifications of the Project. Budgets are used to ensure that the appropriate items are procured and put in place on the Project.
- Quality Control – by using our internal departments of site coordinators, team leaders and the project managers we are able to track and so ensure the best quality services to each one of our projects.
- Construction – By planning and monitoring Construction activities in conjunction with the above items
