FINISHING TRADES PROJECT COORDINATOR
CE Installations Limited is seeking an experienced Finishing Trades Project Coordinator to maintain our position as an innovative leader. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong skills in work-plan development, and progress tracking, ensuring projects align with organizational goals.
Job Description:
Lead and complete projects on time, within budget, and aligned with company strategy, ensuring quality workmanship and strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
✅Define project requirements and coordinate resources to stay within scope, schedule, and budget.
✅Adapt scope or timeline as needed for optimal results.
✅Assign tasks based on team strengths and foster skill development.
✅Ensure projects comply with regulations and deliverables.
✅Track progress and report risks to management.
✅Serve as a communication point between teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
✅3-5 years of experience in project coordination.
✅Preference for candidates with a project management qualification.
✅Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✅Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
✅Fluent in Maltese and flexible working hours.
✅Valid driving license and knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental practices.
