Finance Payables Officer
CE Installations Ltd. provides installation and maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical services for a wide range of customers and projects. With over 250 multi-cultural employees, the company is seeking a Finance Payables Officer to join our growing team.
Job Description:
The Finance Payables Officer is responsible for managing the accounts payable process, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. Key duties include handling supplier invoices, payments, and supporting financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely processing while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, procurement, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
✅Accurately record and process invoices in a timely manner.
✅Post and issue supplier payments, ensuring timely payment.
✅Resolve supplier invoice queries and ensure proper reporting.
✅Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders.
✅Reconcile supplier accounts monthly and ensure accurate ledgers.
✅Liaise with procurement to ensure accurate expense allocations and approvals.
✅Support finance department in completing management accounts when necessary.
✅Perform general accounting duties to support the finance department.
Position Requirements:
✅Previous experience in accounts payable or finance roles.
✅Strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with accounting software (Excel).
✅Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✅Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
✅Ability to analyse data, identify risks, and make informed decisions.
✅Time management, problem-solving, and computer skills.
✅European passport or work permit for Malta.
✅Clean police conduct certificate (must be provided).
