CE Installations Ltd. provides installation and maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical services for diverse projects. With over 250 multi-cultural employees, we are seeking a Storekeeper to join our growing team.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Procurement Senior Manager, the Storekeeper manages the site store, ensuring materials and equipment are stored, tracked, and distributed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
✅Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
✅Receive, unload, and organize supplies.
✅Inspect deliveries for discrepancies and report issues.
✅Rotate stock and manage surplus disposal.
✅Oversee freight handling, equipment movement, and minor repairs.
✅Ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
✅Coordinate logistics with the store manager and site coordinator.
Requirements
✅High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
✅Experience in storekeeping and inventory control.
✅Knowledge of bookkeeping and inventory management.
✅Strong data entry, analytical, and communication skills.
✅Forklift certification (an asset).
✅European passport or work permit for Malta.
✅Clean police conduct certificate.
