CE Installations Limited is seeking an experienced Finishing Trades Project Coordinator to support our project management team and sustain our innovative leadership. The ideal candidate should have attention to detail, experience in work-plan development, and strong progress tracking skills. Regular project updates to management will be essential to achieve our excellence goals.
Job Overview:
Direct, coordinate, implement, and complete projects on time and within budget while aligning with company strategy, quality workmanship, and strong client relationships.
Key Objectives:
✅Define project requirements, scopes, and objectives.
✅Coordinate resources to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
✅Track progress and adjust scope/timeline as needed.
✅Assign tasks based on team strengths.
✅Build team skills and share knowledge.
✅Adhere to standards and best practices.
Responsibilities:
✅Plan and implement projects efficiently and safely.
✅Ensure project organization and adherence to timelines.
✅Maintain required documentation.
✅Allocate and monitor resources to maximize output.
✅Support and direct teams, report risks, and escalate issues.
✅Communicate with teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
✅Strengthen partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Skills & Qualifications:
✅3-5 years in project coordination or similar roles.
✅Preference for candidates with project management qualifications and turnkey construction experience.
✅Proven team coordination and client interaction skills.
✅Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
✅Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and MS Office.
✅Valid driver’s license and flexible availability.
✅Strong communication skills.
✅ Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental best practices.
