QUANTITY SURVEYING JUNIOR OFFICER

CE Installations Ltd. is expanding, and we’re on the lookout for a dynamic Quantity Surveying Junior Officer to join our dedicated team!

About the Role: As a Quantity Surveying Junior Officer, you’ll collaborate closely with the Quantity Surveying Team Leader. Your key responsibilities include participating in the preparation and management of construction and Building Services contracts. This involves estimating quantities, preparing cost estimates, analyzing project expenses, and ensuring smooth collaboration with various stakeholders to guarantee project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly review Contracted Bill of Quantity & Contract Terms
• Efficiently prepare Interim Claims and project invoices
• Collaborate seamlessly with Procurement, Finance, and Drafting departments
• Maintain effective communication with project coordinators, technicians, and operations managers
• Handle client interactions for claims and variations
• Coordinate diligently with subcontractors and the Finance department

Qualifications:

• Preferred relevant experience
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Autodesk True View
• Specialist in cost management/quantity surveying within the construction and Building Services industry
•  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Proficiency in Maltese is preferred but not essential.
• European passport or working permission in Malta
