The Campus Hub development involves an investment of €35 million and is located between Mater Dei and the University of Malta. It will include a residential complex offering a variety of different accommodation options offering students state of the art comfortable and secure facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, communal garden, underground parking for over 400 car spaces as well as a number of commercial outlets.
