We’re looking for a Clinical Lead to Join our Team.

The Clinical Lead is responsible for overseeing nursing services within the entity, ensuring high standards of care for all clients. They will ensure full compliance with policies and standards, reporting to the Home Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction for nurses, support workers, and other staff across clinical settings.
• Ensure the availability of necessary resources for consistent nursing care, in consultation with the Home Manager.
• Supervise and manage the health facility.
• Review and implement policies and procedures related to nursing practices.
• Generate improvement ideas, aligning with operational issues and approved standards.
• Lead staff motivation, development, and evaluation within the facility/unit.
• Establish and track quality improvement metrics and ensure resource availability for timely, high-quality care.
• Ensure business, HR plans, and performance audits are completed on time.
• Take a lead role in health promotion and education.
• Support research initiatives to sustain evidence-based care delivery.
• Foster a clinical environment that supports change and innovative care practices.
• Use budgets effectively to provide quality, cost-efficient care while managing personnel and supply costs.
• Develop external relationships with local service providers, GPs, and professional bodies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Leadership skills
• Registered nurse with a BSc (Hons) in Nursing
• Preferably 2+ years of managerial experience.
